Healthy looks different on everyone — and that’s the fun of it! I love taking clients on an upbeat, confidence-building journey to become their best selves while actually enjoying the ride. I make exercise and wellness accessible for all ages and abilities — it’s never too early or too late to start working on YOU! With 16 years experience in the fitness world, I specialise in Pilates and strength training and tailor everything to your needs.

I run fun and sociable fitness events designed to energise and bring people together. From one-off Pilates & Prosecco socials and beginners’ classes to focused workshops and seasonal pop-up events.

All my sessions combine quality instruction with a relaxed, sociable atmosphere. I also organise weekend fitness retreats and activity weekends across the UK and abroad for anyone wanting a deeper, rejuvenating escape.
