Fit4life

A welcoming, energising class ideal for beginners, older adults and anyone returning to exercise. We use light-to-medium weights, resistance bands, exercise balls and bodyweight to build strength, improve balance and boost overall fitness—at a pace that’s safe and effective. Fun, supportive atmosphere with modifications for all levels. Stay after for coffee in the hall to catch up and connect.
